MWI Pumps was honored to welcome Keith Sonderling, Acting United States Secretary of Labor, to its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida, during the company’s milestone 100th anniversary year.

As a fourth-generation, family-owned American manufacturer, MWI Pumps has spent a century designing and building high-performance water pumps and dewatering equipment that support critical infrastructure, construction, municipal, agricultural, mining, and emergency response projects throughout the United States and around the world.

During his visit, Secretary Sonderling met with MWI ownership and executive leadership, toured the company’s manufacturing operations, and spoke with employees about the important role skilled American workers play in supporting domestic manufacturing and global exports.

The visit provided an opportunity to highlight how policies that support working families and small businesses help companies like MWI Pumps continue investing in workforce development, expanding employment opportunities, and strengthening American manufacturing capabilities.
