We are happy to announce that the 5th Generation of the Eller family is now actively engaged at working and learning the business at MWI Pumps.

Deerfield Beach, FL – We are happy to announce that the 5th Generation of the Eller family is now actively engaged full-time in working and learning the business at MWI Pumps    Hoyt Eller, 20, started working at the company at age 16 by working in the Rental Dept maintaining the rental yard and cleaning out water pumps. Hoyt really took a liking to become a Machinist, so he enrolled at Palm Beach State College where he graduated in Nov 2021.  Out of his initial class of 18 students, Hoyt was the only one to finish the course and graduate.

Currently, Hoyt is happy to work as a Machinist at the Deerfield Beach Headquarters, where he prepares components for water pumps.  The components need to be machined based on the configuration of the model he is working on before the component moves down the production line.

For fun, Hoyt enjoys shooting with his dad, Dana Eller (President of MWI Pumps), and his uncle Daren Eller (Vice-President).  Hoyt also enjoys playing interactive video games with his friends online and likes to work on machining his own guns for recreational sport use.

In a society where today’s youth tend to shy away from technical careers, it is safe to say that it’s engrained in Hoyt’s rich heritage where he is truly passionate about his role as a Machinist.

MWI Pumps was founded by Hoyts great great grandfather in 1926.
